Kathie Ross, CPA, CGA, is a researcher at the Newcastle University Business School. As a Canadian accountant her interest is related to gender issues with accounting professionals. She has experience in the accounting field as well as teaching accounting and finance subjects to undergraduates and graduates. Her thesis topic is “The Interaction of Continuing Professional Development Experiences and Identity: Women Professional Accountants in Canada”.
